Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our schedule, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all personal training sessions and fitness classes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any session or class in order to receive a full credit or refund for the session.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited without credit or refund.
No-Shows
• If you do not show up for a scheduled session or class without any prior notice, the session will be forfeited in full.
How to Cancel
• All cancellations should be made through the booking platform. Personal training clients may cancel by sending a text message directly.
